In this 8-week program, I’ll teach you quick, efficient workouts you can do from home or at the gym. All you need is a set of dumbbells and 30 minutes a day.

Hey, I'm Jessica

A NASM-certified personal trainer and PN-1 nutrition coach with a specialization in pre- and postnatal fitness. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Since the start of my career, I’ve worked to guide my clients into healthier lives, helping them achieve their goals and re-discover the best version of themselves.
