Fitness has looked different for me in various seasons of life. My first taste was when I joined my high school cross-country team; I absolutely fell in love with running. At the time, I was really struggling with body image and my relationship with food and exercise. Running taught me how to fuel my body and create a healthy view of exercise. This early interest evolved to include strength training, nutrition, and overall wellness, which have developed into a lifelong passion—and now I love sharing that passion with others!

As a mother of two, I knew my approach to fitness had to adapt. So, I turned to the one place with all the answers: the Internet. Do you know how many resources there are to help postpartum mothers ease back into training? Not many. What about resources to help mothers fully recover after giving birth? Not enough. There had to be better places for mothers out there. So, I got to work. With my certification in pre/postnatal fitness, I aim to guide mothers through these times, giving them all the support, knowledge, and encouragement they need to be their best selves. 

My goal is to help mothers achieve their goals, through education and personalized programs—all while creating balance and long-term healthy habits.

I’m a strength and running coach, mom of 2, wife, entrepreneur, and enneagram 2. I love reading, lattes, mangos, and hiking. When I’m not programming workouts or dropping educated gains on the gram, you can probably find me doing crafts with my 3-year-old or getting sunshine with my girls at the park.

 

In this 6-week program, I’ll help you heal and restore your postpartum core and pelvic floor.

In this 8-week program, I’ll teach you quick, efficient workouts you can do from home or at the gym. All you need is a set of dumbbells and 30 minutes a day.
