My first taste of fitness was when I joined the high school cross country team and absolutely fell in love with running. I was really struggling with body image and my relationship with food and exercise at the time. Through running I began to learn how to fuel my body and create a healthy view of exercise. It turned into a passion for strength training, nutrition, and overall wellness from the inside out.
Over the years, fitness has looked different for me in various seasons of life. I felt like there was also a lack of resources available to pregnant and postpartum women on how to safely exercise and recover properly so I got a certification in pre/postnatal fitness to help guide women through these times.
My goal is to educate women on how to support their long term health and create balance in their lives.

When I’m not programming workouts or dropping educated gains on the gram, you can probably find me doing crafts with my 3 year old or at the park getting sunshine with my girls.
