High Protein Pizza Dough

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line pizza dish with parchment paper or coat with olive oil.
    Combine the flour, greek yogurt, salt, baking powder, and olive oil in a bowl and knead with hand. Add the water by tablespoon as needed. Mix until it forms into a ball.
    Lightly dust your working surface with flour and roll with a rolling pin into a round shaped pizza crust.
    Transfer to the pizza dish and top with pizza, cheese, and your desired pizza toppings!
    Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is slightly browned.
    Remove, slice, and enjoy!
