After filling out the personal training application, I will get in touch with you to learn about your goals more in depth. Then you’ll receive a customized training program through my app that is tailored to access to equipment, any injuries/limitations, and lifestyle. Each workout has video demos with specified reps/sets/weight. Through the app, we will have weekly checkins to have a change to reflect, identify challenges, and work together to make improvements. You can also message me through the app with any questions that come up.
