what to expect for 1:1 coaching
Fill out the coaching application here where I can go over your goals more in-depth and discuss what your customized training/nutrition plan would look like with you. I will send you an email once I review your application.
02. Step Two
We will get you set up in my training app where your customized workouts with videos will be available, a personalized dashboard to track your progress with measurements/progress photos/weight, and messenger which gives you 24/7 access to me.
03. Step Three
Your workouts are delivered weekly which include customized videos that are created specifically made to help you meet your fitness needs. Each video also comes with written instructions from me that will assist you along the way. The number of workouts completely depends on how often you are able to work out!
04. Step Four
I will check in with you weekly to assess your progress and to see how the exercises are working for you. Based on your feedback I will make the necessary adjustments moving forward to make sure you are on track to meet your goal. I am here for you!
