Can I do this program if I’ve had a C-section?

We recommend sharing the first few weeks of the guide with your doctor before giving birth. Once your C-section scar has healed and you are cleared by your doctor, you should begin the program which starts out with very light movements.

What equipment do I need?

 At first, no equipment is required. As the program moves along, we include exercises that involve a glute band, long resistance band, kettlebells or dumbbells and a bench or chair. 

Can.I do these workouts at home?

Yes! You can complete all of these workouts at home with minimal equipment.

What if I’m more than 6 weeks postpartum?

If you’re 6 weeks postpartum or later, this program can still work for you. We recommend reading the section of the introduction that will guide you to the week to start at based on how far out you are.

hi, i’m Jessica

 I am a NASM certified personal trainer, PN-1 nutrition coach, certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist, and have received my bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.

As a mom of one with another baby on the way, I initially found that navigating pregnancy and postpartum exercise with advice from the internet can be vague and confusing. I became very passionate about helping women feel empowered instead of confused during pregnancy/postpartum and couldn’t wait to bring this program to life.
