Sun-dried Tomato & Spinach Quiche
This quiche is a fresh and flavorful start to the day!
- 1 frozen deep dish pie crush I used Pillsbury
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup egg whites
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese I used fat-free
- 1/2 cup spinach chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.Roll out the pie crust and transfer into a greased pie dish.Dice spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.Whisk all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.Cook for 45 minutes in oven. Enjoy and serve!
